Madalas akong makakita ng blogger dito na nagmamaktol dahil na-what they call “Answered Privately-zoned”. Well, gusto ko lang mabigay ng opinion about dito.
For me, there’s nothing wrong kapag na AP-zoned ka, AP-zoned nalang para shortcut. Para sakin wala naman sigurong right reason para magmaktol ka dahil dun. Iba kasi sabi nila kaya daw nila ayaw sa ganun kasi daw ang effort nila dun sa Ask tapos ibabalik lang daw sakanila. Pero isipin nyo, malay nyo naman nakakaflood na yung blogger, maaring she/he just posted a long and ayaw nyang matabunan yun ng asks. Lastly, maaring she/he wants to turn your simple TA into a conversation. We never know pero yung magagalit ka sa dahil sa AP-zoned ka, is just.. ridiculous. May iba kasi gusto published TA para instant promo din lalo na kapag famous. Am I right? Umamin na, kaya gusto ng publish kasi promo din yun. So yeah, isip isip lang and sorry if may ma-ooffend or magrereact pero opinion ko lang naman ‘to.
PS. Edi kung gusto nyo ng published TA’s lagyan nyo ng “/Publish” sa huli para walang tampuhan kapag na-AP-zoned.
Sobrang paranoid ko sa mga one liners ko. Sobrang paranoid ko to the point na gumagamit ako ng google para icheck kung may kaparehas ba akong one liner or short post. Nakakaloka diba? Mas okay nang maging prepared kesa naman mabansagang “copy peste”.
Hindi ako taga ‘13 na blogger pero masasabi kong marami sa ‘13 ang magagaling. Sadyang mas nabibigyan lang ng pansin ang mga ‘13 bloggers na walang sense ang posts.

My real name is Samantha Grace N. Regino. Bakit ko ba ginagamit or ginawa yung “Sace Natividad”? May four reasons:
- I don’t wanna use my dad’s last name kasi iniwan nya ako at ayaw ko talaga sakanya.
- Ayokong gamitin yung real name ko kasi baka mahanap ako kagad ng mga kamag-anak kong sobrang strict.
- Masadyong girly yung “Samantha” masadyo namang boyish yung “Sam” edi “Sace” nalang!
- Combination ng 2 names ko. Samantha + Grace = Sace
So yun, malinaw na ang lahat and if nahihirapan kayong banggitin yung name ko, just call me “Sam” or “Sammy”. Mas okay yun, pero di bale kahit anong itawag nyo saking pangalan kahit “Sam”, “Samantha”, “Sammy” or “Sace” lilingon ako. :)
- Control - Control what you feel. Control your movements. Control everything. Don’t let depression get into your very core.
- Change - Make little changes, one step at a time.
- Be Realistic - Don’t expect too much, cause you’ll end up hurting yourself. Always think about reality.
- Stop your bad habits or behavior - Try stopping them gradually. Don’t force yourself to stop it in a blink. Slowly but you’ll see it’s a lot better.
- Be Positive - Always think of the bright side. Every problem has a bright side, so look for it and it will make you feel a lot better.
- Fix your problems - Fix your PERSONAL problems, first. Don’t leave it there but don’t stress out yourself fixing it.
- Find new interests - Try out new things. Pull out yourself out of the hard life. Try enjoying your life a bit.
- Take a break - Take a leave for work. Rest. Relax. You’ll see, it’s easier to fix things up when you’re relaxed.
- Cry - Cry if you have to. It helps us release pain and stress.
- Write - Write about it! Blog about it! Express it, share your problems or story.
- Talk - Tell your depression with someone you trust. Tell them everything that you wanna tell them. Tell them your pain, suffering and many more.
- Eat - Some people overcome their depression with food. Eat your fave ice cream or food, for sure you’ll feel a lot better but don’t overdo it. Remember, Balanced Diet.
- Treat yourself - Try giving yourself a little treat. Take yourself to the spa, food buffet and many more.
- Smile and Laugh - Tests show that if you try smiling and laughing, eventually you’ll feel happy.
- Read - Read stories about people who battled with depression and won. Read inspiring stories. Read stories that will make you feel better.
- Ask for Help - Last but not the least. If you can’t take it anymore, ask for help. Don’t be shy to ask because you don’t know, maybe it’s the solution to stop your depression.
